Senior Men

Training for the senior men follows a fairly standard pattern. Over winter land training of ergs and weights during the week is combined with two water work sessions on both Saturday and Sundays commencing at 8am. In the summer there is an increased proportion of waterwork to fine tune crews for the sprint season.

Novice

Recognizing freshers need time to get adjusted to uni life, novices initially train exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays at 11:00am. However after a couple of months novices are encouraged to attendend some of the senior squad's fitness sessions.

Come and join us on any weekend to see what we're all about.

Novices also make use of the indoor rowing tank at Strathclyde Park during the winter.
